Production

RCB manufacturing is oriented to the railway sector, where we have extensive experience, especially in metal products and prototypes to support our engineering designs.

We divide the manufacturing part into the manufacture of our own products (such as the tanks in the image* or solvent recycling machines*) and the manufacture of different projects for companies in the metallurgical sector, being specialists in welding of all kinds, for the railway market.

Our welders are certified and able to work according to standard 15085 to work with different welding techniques (TIG, MIG, MAG, and materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, iron...), cutting, folding and assembly.

We have participated in various relevant international projects, such as:

• the manufacture and installation of the tram stops in Barcelona,Tenerife, Murcia and Seville
• Manufacture of the conveyor belt at Madrid-Barajas airport (T4) and participation in the construction of said terminal
• “Aigües de Barcelona” building (Aguas de Barcelona)
• RCDE “Dani Jarque” Stadium in Cornellà.
• RENFE fleet maintenance (VIlanova, Mirande de Ebro, Zaragoza, Lérida, Barcelona ...)
• Manufacturing of metal structures for the maintenance workshop in Zemun (Serbia).
